How do I put it on my home screen?
Open the Account tab and tap "Add the app to your home screen". It walks you through it for iPhone and Android.
The barcode scanner can't find my food
The food database is thin on New Zealand products. Type the details in once and Pack Weigh remembers that barcode for everyone next time.
A product link didn't fill anything in
Some shops block us, and some list weights only in a picture. Enter the weight by hand, and send us the link so we can have a look.
Does a mate need an account to see my pack?
No. Anyone with the link sees the whole pack. An account is only needed to save a copy or compare it with their own.
How do I delete my account?
Account tab, at the bottom: Delete my account. It removes your gear, packs and photos for good.
